    The Guys Who, LLC. operates the site, PictureItLive.com; a content hosting and sharing service that allows Users to instantly publish media to the Site as a means of sharing their experiences with others across the internet. As a User, you are only authorized to access this Site and use its service if you abide by the terms described in this Agreement.

    By entering and using this Site, you indicate that you accept this Agreement and that you will be bound by what is stated here. Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contract between you and The Guys Who that you will use the Service only in a manner consistent with these Terms. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact support@pictureitlive.com. Your use of the Site and its services is entirely conditioned on and subject to your compliance with this Agreement. If you do not agree with anything defined in this Agreement, do not access the Site or use its services.

    The Guys Who may modify or amend this Agreement without notice at any time and such modification will be effective upon being posted to the Site. As a User, your continued use of the Site after The Guys Who post a revised Agreement signifies your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are up-to-date with any changes that have occurred.

    The Guys Who reserve the right, at our sole discretion to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including images or videos) by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the PictureItlive Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. The Guys Who expressly reserves the right to remove any or all of your images, videos, account and profile and/or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the PictureItlive Services if The Guys Who determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to PictureItLive and/or its Users.
